I hate creative lulls (I think part of the problem is my artistic concepts starting to require I actually teach myself how to draw before I could pull them off).
Giving up on Twitter cards, you seriously suck Jack.
Seriously no idea why all of a sudden Twitter has no idea how to load the card images found everywhere else.
On Discrepant World-views and Problem Solving Efficacy
A brief note for short attention spans: stick around if you wanna see how I manage to seamlessly (and I do say so myself) tie together dragon mythology, weaving, and politics into one giant point about world-view diversity and problem solving efficacy (even got a Trumpian meme for y'all towards the bottom if that is more your bag).
I have always been fascinated by the common thread stretched about humanity that links up our narratives. The similitude with which humanity engineers itself by independent means.
Seriously … Jack … you suck at this.

On Reality Rejectionism
Even when I answer the why to their behavior, the pure obstinance required by Josh Hawley, Ted Cruz, and Marco Rubio to block out the reality of where this path ends still gets me. It was never a sustainable, career extending path to walk.
Rejecting reality was never a sustainable model.
On Political Cycles
This is a unique inflection point. The weight of this moment makes my bones feel heavier than I remember. Last November … hell … all throughout 2020 … we the people demanded our voice be heard and our will respected. When our legislators stop working for us their concept of civil service must be corrected.
Democracy requires participation.
About to republish a couple of essays just to see how cross-posting goes and to see whether Twitter can get its sh$t together with regard to card images.
Feeling kinda OCD with all the time I am sinking into messing around with the whitespace generated by my Hugo templates.
Twitter card image fetching is so random. Open source scrapers do a better job. You never fail to disappoint Jack.
Picking up a random error about missing a delimiter to close out a post's front matter @manton (it was the post I mentioned you in that started "Assuming we are still coming back online…"). I deleted the post to see if I get any others; but, I thought you may want to know in case you were tinkering with the front matter.
The new fastest mean time (still waiting for some other soul to get 45 correct).
Y'all have no idea how much I hate myself for creating a new Twitter account. Apparently the world f$&king runs through the houses built by Mark and Jack. Tired of not being read.
Okay @manton, give me an emoji for creative non-fiction and maybe I will reconsider my rejection of all things emoji.
I mean … I'm assuming Medium just doesn't give a f$&k if you aren't buying into their platform to try and get money outta people?
Sh$ts always dropping outta clouds … probably not the best metaphor for digital storage.
Still eats at me that on Twitter, I would have 50 new people following my feed per week. Pretty sure I am still sitting at 0 Micro.blog / Mastodon followers (after how many months?). Medium isn't even catching views. I do appreciate the handful of Tumblrs.
I guess it is worth mentioning to the Mastodon folks that I have been ganking all those cross-posts out from under you since they are duplicates. Once the site rebuilds feel free to find them under the aforementioned categories.
Alright, done cross-posting my greatest hits out of perspectives and biographical tripe. Y'all ever decide to read them I may write more. Otherwise, not much point.
Mind boggling that I stuck nine of my greatest hits on Medium and they have netted zero f$&king views. What a useless platform. (And yes they are appropriately tagged).
She won't eat what we give her, but the cat feeder is irresitable.
Lightning fast this afternoon @manton
